This code is usable through dual licencing. (AI training forbidden unless paid)

Licence 1:
|
|
- You can use it for anything and change it as you wish
|
|
- and integrate and keep all your source closed
|
|
- and can use it for your AI training
|
|
- if you buy licence from MagosIT Kft (2521 Csolnok, Hungary) or personally from Richard István Thier (2521 Csolnok, Hungary)
|
|
|
|
Licence 2:
|
|
- Given that you ensure its not used for AI training in any ways whatsoever
|
|
- Copy this file AND `GPLv3_LICENCE.md` file together
|
|
- adhere to every further clause in GPLv3 (like open sourcing everything you add this to)
|
|
- if using for AI training, all the trained data sets should be (even in multi-modal scenario!) fully open source with train tools
|
|
- You cannot learn on AI data sets that were obtained by training on this code neither - unless you open source your data set.
|
|
- Then you can use it in the free software way ;-)
|
|
|
|
Beware! This is not LGPL or MIT! Not even GPLv3 - but on top of GPLv3 AI training is strictly forbidden on it unless specified!
|
|
If any parts directly of this code is to be found in any AI output without notice - I will know of you ;-)
|
|
|
|
Rem.: This code as in its repository and contents only got pushed upstream to my gitea on october 1 2025. The first online version already contained this licence and the GPLv3 licence file!
